The passage of another year.

It’s been a strange time! But isn’t the end of the year always strange? We reflect, we gather, we are thankful fo -

I’m kinda just gonna rip this one, train of thought. Because right now, it all feels small.

I’ve had the time to make a few medium banners, which have been received well. A few might make the convention rotation - Snoopy, Doberman, and Broken Bust. They’re cool and I like ‘em!

I would normally be hustling on customs … BUUUTTT life has been a nonstop series of … Events.

Got the obligatory stomach bug for a week and then a little, itty cold for another. That slowed things down. And then … Tragedy

Shortly, the USPS has been really giving it to me!

Now, no one (no one!) loves the postal service more than me. I will talk you to death if you mention de-funding them! But a spade’s a spade, and they’ve been a bit of a thorn in my side.

First, some obvious delays. Just my little felt package I ordered for a custom, taking the scenic route!

A little post-holiday trip from rural Illinois to the big city of Chicago for an entire week.

Then a little warm weather was needed, so it hit Miami for a few another week. I’d imagine it’s with our lord and savior Pitbull.

Lastly, a little few extra days kicking it around here in the Washington DC circuit! Museums, food, the monuments! How fun, just a two week delay!

Then the reallllllly bad news

As of right now, the USPS lost an entire custom banner.

This has never happened before. The client is being extremely understanding. There is no solution except hope it shows up.

Tracking said it would be delivered a Tuesday. But it allegedly showed up on Saturday (three days early?), delivered next door to the correct address. The neighbor said nothing came. The post has no idea or recollection of the GIANT TUBE which is handled.

Where it is now, no one knows. Shoutout to Mercy for being so, so understanding and trooper. No matter how long it takes, I will make it right.

A few weeks ago I vended at the Blackcollar market and it was great. Some of the things I made for that were big hits! Baltimore always shows up! Thank you all.

April 24-26, I will be at the Baltimore Tattoo Expo - WITH FRIENDS! Details are congealing as I type, but I will 100% be there.

But what’s this?! Round two? Ring the bell!

I will 99% be at the Plants Alive! Plant Day market, which is the end of May. I know that feels like forever away, but in small business terms, it’s basically here already.
